The Knowledge Graph is a huge collection of the people, places and things in the world and how they’re connected to one another. With this technology, Google can get you the best possible answers and help jump start your discovery. This begins the push to knowledge not keyword dependence.

Knowledge Graph has not done anything to diminish the value of using relevant keywords in your content, and it doesn’t seem to affect the regular, organic web results, but this will change. As “knowledge” is amassed for each individual, the means by how we search for and access information / data will now begin to shift towards the intent of the query.
